This UV coating machine is suitable for small and medium printers; not big space request and less investment. The printed surface will have a higher gloss, fade-proof and water-proof after its UV coating.
Machine features:
1. UV coating unit (Optional: air knife device)
The applicator roll after polishing, oil coated fine and smooth; Measure applicator roll speed regulation, make the oil to effectively control of coating weight precision, and simple to adjust and stability, and save the oil, roll automatic stop, automatic constant temperature the UV tank, independent split type suction inlet conveyor belt, pneumatic scraper blade.
The machine could assemble an air knife device to help thin paper coating.
2. UV curing system (The whole/half lamp controlling)
UV radiation can make UV light oil produce hardening, wear-resisting, paper surface brightness. It has a whole/half lamp controlling function.
The whole process of air suction, make our products in the rapid transmission and transmission network synchronization, avoid bad product.
